Frequently asked questions

The questions we get most often. If yours is missing, write to us and we will add it.

  1. Do I need to sign up?

No. Articles, checklists and challenges are open to everyone. An account keeps your progress: habits, streak, statistics and the family plan live there.

  2. How much does it cost?

It is free and ad-free. There are no paid tiers right now; if they appear, the core sections stay free.

  3. How is the cleaning plan built?

You answer ten questions about your home and rhythm: the place, pets and how much time you can give to cleaning. From the answers we build a weekly plan and spread tasks across your days so a day never exceeds the time you chose.

  4. Can I clean together with my family?

Yes. Create a home, send the invite code to your family and you get a shared plan: zones, tasks and who closed what. The home admin can hand out tasks, others take them.

  5. What are the streak and the freeze?

A streak counts days in a row when at least one item was closed: a task, a habit or something from the plan. A freeze lets you skip a day without losing the streak, and you get two a month.

  6. Where do the articles come from?

We write them ourselves: everyday scenarios we have tested in our own flats. No reprints and no ten miraculous hacks.

  7. What happens to my data?

We keep only what is needed to work: your email, a password hash and your lists. The details are in the privacy policy. You can delete everything from the settings with the reset button.

  8. Do reminders arrive?

Yes, if you turn notifications on in the settings. A reminder arrives when a habit is due, even with the app closed.

  9. Does the app work offline?

The app installs on your phone and opens offline, but your data — progress and plans — is loaded from the network.

  10. Which devices are supported?

Any modern browser: phone, tablet, desktop. On a phone it is handier to add the site to your home screen.
